To that end, we began a company-wide assessment in October 2019, after which a team of 29 staff members, with the robust support of our management and Board, created a five-year strategic plan to create a better theatre company. Now we invite you to explore these dynamic tactics, and to join us in keeping Roundabout accountable. Like theatre itself, this plan is a living creation that needs an audience to succeed.

We shared our plan at the start of our 2021-22 season in September 2021. We will report progress from our first two years at the start of our 2023-24 season.
We believe in theatre and its powers to reflect and impact the world. That belief demands that we evaluate and evolve how we address equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism in our work, our workplaces, and our community.
